Ex Works (...named place) means that the seller fulfills their obligation to deliver when they have made the goods available to the buyer at their premises. The buyer thus bears all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from the seller's premises to the desired destination. SEE Incoterms for a list of the thirteen Incoterms.
